Over a month!

This is a bit late, but I want to tell you (if there even is a you anymore as no one had any reason to believe I'd ever post again after the way I've neglected this blog) if you didn't already know, that Joel and I are the proud parents of this little girl:


Her name is Francesca Marie and she was born on June 11th after a relatively easy labor. We love her very much and think she's the cutest baby we've ever seen (without any bias, naturally). She's growing very quickly (almost 13 pounds already!) and she's even starting to sleep fairly well at night (once she finally gives up the fight and goes down).

In other news Joel and I are thinking of starting a joint blog as neither of us are any good at writing regularly enough to keep up individual ones. More info on that when we actually get around to it.
